Acrylic lettering production choices

Acrylic letters can look simple on screen but still need the right material, thickness, colour, edge expectation and fixing method. The customer should choose the visible result, then LCE reviews the artwork and production path before accepting the job.

Flat acrylic

Cut from cast acrylic sheet for clean lettering, logos, layered panels, reception walls and retail display work.

Fabricated acrylic

Built-up acrylic letters add depth and return detail, so the quote needs material, colour, depth and wall context.

LED acrylic

Illuminated acrylic letters need review for faces, returns, LEDs, transformers, cable exit and access for installation.

Colour and finish

Clear, opal, coloured, frosted, mirror and paint-ready acrylic options should be selected around the visible face.

Artwork review

Text should be converted to outlines and logos should be supplied as vectors so stroke widths and small details can be checked.

Trade use

Common for sign shops, shopfitters, designers and builders ordering letter sets as part of a larger signage package.

What to send for acrylic letters

Send vector artwork, preferred letter height, acrylic colour, thickness, finish, mounting preference and any wall or shopfront photos. If the job is part of a wider signage package, include the neighbouring panels, lighting notes or installation context so the acrylic letters are not quoted in isolation. This also helps the team separate flat cut-out work from fabricated or illuminated acrylic work before production review and keeps approval details clearer for trade buyers ordering repeat signage packages too.

How it works

01 Choose option

Pick metal, acrylic, flat, fabricated or illuminated letters.

02 Send artwork

Upload or send vector artwork now, or ask us to review what you have.

03 Price or review

Flat letters can use live pricing logic. Fabricated and LED work is reviewed.

04 Approve details

We confirm material, finish, mounting and production suitability.

05 Production

Letters are cut, fabricated or finished under the LCE production workflow.

06 Dispatch

We pack and dispatch, or support trade collection where suitable.

Production is reviewed before acceptance. Payment and final approval steps depend on the job type and artwork quality.

Common questions

Answers before production starts.

Do you use cast acrylic?

Cast acrylic is preferred for clean laser cutting, polished edges and professional signage presentation.

Can flat acrylic letters be priced online?

Yes. Use the flat acrylic page to price material, height, thickness, finish, mounting and quantity before artwork review.

Can you make acrylic logos, not just letters?

Yes. Logo shapes can be reviewed from vector artwork. Complex logos may need setup before pricing is confirmed.

Can acrylic letters be used outdoors?

Many acrylic signage applications are suitable outdoors when thickness, fixing, colour and installation conditions are reviewed.
