Instant pricing
Real pricing from real cut-ready files.
Customers can upload suitable cutting files, select material and thickness, confirm quantity, and get pricing without waiting through a long estimating chain.
The instant calculator is for clean DXF, DWG and vector PDF files with real cut lines. A photo, screenshot or JPEG saved as a PDF is still an image, so it needs file prep or quote review before it can be cut.
If the job includes complex routing, grooves, engraving, fabrication, painting, welding or production-critical 3D printing, send it through the quote path for review. Simple STL print files can also use the 3D printing estimate pilot.
The quote is built around the actual process, sheet material and production setup.
Suitable cutting jobs price live. Complex files, grooves, engraving and custom services move to quote review.

Watch processProduction judgement
The right process starts before the machine.
Instant pricing is powerful when the job is a suitable cutting file with clear material, thickness and quantity. The best result still comes from matching the file to the right process, finish, tolerance and delivery reality before cutting starts.
How jobs are matched
Material first
Metal, acrylic, timber, ACM, foam and rubber all behave differently, so the job is matched to the material instead of forcing every file onto one machine.
Edge and finish
We choose the process around the result needed: polished acrylic edges, clean metal profiles, V-grooved panels, kiss-cut vinyl or soft foam inserts.
File readiness
Clean DXF, DWG and vector PDF files with real cut lines can move through instant pricing faster. Photos saved as PDFs, engraving, grooves, unclear scale or custom finishing still need human review.
Production reality
Sheet size, thickness, quantity, packing and delivery all matter before the job is released to the floor.
Industries
Built for repeat B2B cutting work across Australia.
Engineering, signage, shopfitting, packaging, councils and industrial teams can send production-ready files with clear requirements.
Materials
Materials we work with
Four core technologies matched to the right material for clean edges, reliable tolerances and practical turnaround.
How it works
Designed around file review, pricing and production.
Cut-ready work goes straight to quoting. Complex work gets checked before it enters production.
Upload or send files
Start with DXF, DWG or vector PDF files with real cut lines. If you only have a sketch, photo or measurements, send a quote request for file prep advice.
We check the job
The team reviews scale, open paths, material, thickness, quantity and the best cutting process.
Quote and approve
Cut-ready jobs use live instant pricing. More involved jobs get a human-reviewed quote.
Cut, finish and pack
Parts are cut, nested, checked, packed and prepared for pickup or delivery.
Trusted production partner
Make the proof easy to see before the buyer asks for a quote.
Trade customers, councils, builders, engineers, sign shops and production teams need confidence in process, material choice, quote routing and repeatability.
Fast quote clarity
Buyers need to know quickly whether their file is ready for instant pricing or needs reviewed quoting.
Real workshop output
Photo proof, process pages and material pages should make the production capability obvious before contact.
Repeat B2B work
The site now speaks to trade buyers, engineers, builders, shopfitters and sign shops that may order repeatedly.
Practical file guidance
File-prep guidance reduces poor enquiries and helps serious buyers send cut-ready DXF, DWG and vector PDF files.

Read moreCommon questions
Answers before production starts.
What's your minimum order quantity?
One-off parts, prototypes and repeat production runs can all be quoted. Very small jobs still need setup time, so uploading a clean file is the fastest way to see whether the price works.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes. CO2 laser engraving is available for compatible materials such as acrylic and timber, and some jobs can also use marking, printing or finishing depending on the material.
Can you cut metal?
Yes. Fiber laser cutting is used for sheet metals including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, Colorbond and Corten steel where the material and thickness are suitable.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Pickup is available from Botany NSW and freight or delivery can be arranged for suitable jobs. Add the delivery postcode when requesting a quote.
What's your laser power?
The practical answer depends on the machine, material, thickness and finish required. Send the file and material details and the team will confirm the right process and capability for the job.
Do you do custom design?
The team can advise on file setup and production requirements. If you do not have CAD drawings yet, send sketches, dimensions or photos so the next step can be assessed.
Can you engrave with multiple colours?
Laser engraving changes the surface of the material rather than applying multiple colours. For coloured graphics or branded panels, UV printing, vinyl, paint or layered acrylic may be a better option.
What file types can I upload?
DXF and DWG files are preferred. Vector PDF files can also work when they contain real vector cut lines at 1:1 scale. A photo or JPEG saved as a PDF is still an image.
Can you quote if I do not have CAD drawings?
Yes. Send a sketch, measurements, reference images or an existing part and the team can advise what is needed to create a cut-ready file.
What should I include with my quote request?
Include material, thickness, quantity, deadline, pickup or delivery postcode and any finish requirements. If the job has several parts, label each part clearly.
Can I order one-off parts?
Yes. One-off parts, prototypes and repeat production runs can all be quoted, although setup time affects very small jobs.
What is the maximum sheet size?
The core cutting tables support sheets up to 3000 x 1500 mm. Larger jobs can usually be panelled, registered and assembled.
