Choose the right quote path

Instant pricing when the file is ready. Human review when it is not.

The best experience is clear before the customer clicks. Simple cutting files can price live; custom work gets checked by the production team.

Cut-ready DXF, DWG or vector PDF

Use this path when the drawing has real vector cut lines, correct scale, material, thickness and quantity.

  • Fiber laser, CO2 laser, CNC router or digital knife cutting
  • Suitable sheet materials and clear quantities
  • A JPG, photo or screenshot saved as PDF is not a cutting file

Quote review

Custom, unclear or production-heavy jobs

Use this path when the job needs advice before pricing, or when the service cannot be calculated from a cutting file alone.

  • Signage fabrication, painting, welding or complex 3D printing
  • Grooves, engraving, complex routing or unclear scale
  • Sketches, photos, measurements or file-prep help
Send files for review

Core cutting technologies

Four cutting workflows, matched to the material.

These are the main production paths for cut-ready work. Suitable DXF, DWG and vector PDF files with real cut lines can move through instant pricing.

Custom production support

Custom services need production review.

Signage fabrication, finishing and welding depend on scope, finish, handling, material behaviour and production notes, so these jobs should be checked before acceptance.

Instant pricing

Real pricing from real cut-ready files.

Customers can upload suitable cutting files, select material and thickness, confirm quantity, and get pricing without waiting through a long estimating chain.

The instant calculator is for clean DXF, DWG and vector PDF files with real cut lines. A photo, screenshot or JPEG saved as a PDF is still an image, so it needs file prep or quote review before it can be cut.

If the job includes complex routing, grooves, engraving, fabrication, painting, welding or production-critical 3D printing, send it through the quote path for review. Simple STL print files can also use the 3D printing estimate pilot.

03
Get pricing without the wait

Suitable cutting jobs price live. Complex files, grooves, engraving and custom services move to quote review.

Instant pricing is live for suitable cut-ready cutting jobs. DXF, DWG and vector PDF files only, with actual vector paths. Fiber laser, CO2 laser, CNC router and digital knife work can route into the same quoting workflow when the file is ready.

Trust proof

Proof, process and quote clarity in one buyer journey.

The homepage now needs to reassure buyers quickly: what we cut, what process fits, when instant pricing applies, and where real production proof lives.

Botany NSW Workshop production

Local team, real machinery and pickup options for Sydney buyers, with freight support for suitable jobs.

4 core paths Fiber, CO2, CNC and knife

The file is matched to the process instead of forcing metals, acrylics, boards and flexible sheets into one workflow.

Instant or reviewed Clear quote routing

Cut-ready files can price quickly. Custom, unclear or production-heavy work is reviewed before acceptance.

Trade ready Repeat work support

Built for sign shops, fabricators, builders, shopfitters, engineers and production teams needing repeat supply.

Common questions

Answers before production starts.

What file types can I upload?

DXF and DWG files are preferred. Vector PDF files can also work when they contain real vector cut lines at 1:1 scale. A photo or JPEG saved as a PDF is still an image.

Can you quote if I do not have CAD drawings?

Yes. Send a sketch, measurements, reference images or an existing part and the team can advise what is needed to create a cut-ready file.

What should I include with my quote request?

Include material, thickness, quantity, deadline, pickup or delivery postcode and any finish requirements. If the job has several parts, label each part clearly.

Can I order one-off parts?

Yes. One-off parts, prototypes and repeat production runs can all be quoted, although setup time affects very small jobs.

What is the maximum sheet size?

The core cutting tables support sheets up to 3000 x 1500 mm. Larger jobs can usually be panelled, registered and assembled.

What is the CO2 laser bed size?

The corrected CO2 laser production reference is 3000 x 1500 mm, which suits large acrylic and display work when the material and thickness are suitable.

Can you laser cut ACM?

ACM is usually routed rather than laser cut because the aluminium skins and plastic core respond differently to heat. CNC routing gives a cleaner, safer result for ACM panels and trays.
